Terms of Service
Considering that the store sells products through the Internet and acknowledging the Customer's interest in purchasing the products offered by the Store on its sales channels, this contract aims to establish the general conditions for use and purchase of products by customers on the Store's site.
I. Confidentiality
It is the store's responsibility to preserve the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the customer during the purchasing process. The security of the site is audited daily and guaranteed against hacking attempts, certified by the "Secure Site" seal.
II. Customer Service (SAC)
Customers can access this service to address questions, resolve requests, or complaints regarding their orders or any content available on the site. The Customer Service can be activated via email from the site.
III. Delivery Policy
The delivery timeframe for Products is communicated during the purchasing process, counted in business days. Products are delivered from Monday to Friday. Occasionally, deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
III.I
It is the Customer's responsibility to check the suitability of the Product dimensions and ensure compliance at the time of delivery. If there are any issues, contact Customer Service.
III.II
Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the provided address, on alternate days, with intervals of up to 48 hours between attempts. A person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years old and with identification, must be present to receive the goods and sign the delivery protocol. After three failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to the Store's Distribution Center.
III.III
Once an order is placed, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address, request an advance, or prioritize delivery.

Shipping is free throughout the national territory.
III.V
The store does not authorize the carrier to: enter the premises; perform installation or maintenance of products; open product packaging; deliver to a different address; deliver to minors or individuals without identification.
III.VII
The store is not responsible for the retention of goods due solely to customer-related issues. In such cases, customers must visit the tax office to release the goods, as information regarding releases and payments is only provided to interested parties.
IV. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase to return the Product, under the following conditions:
- The timeframe to withdraw from the purchase is up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- In case of a return, the product must be sent back to the Store's distribution center in its original packaging.
IV.I
The Customer must request the return through Customer Service (SAC).
IV.II
Once the product arrives at the Distribution Center, the Store will verify if the aforementioned conditions are met. If so, a full refund of the purchase price will be processed.
IV.III
For credit card purchases, the credit card company will be notified, and the refund will appear on the next or subsequent invoice, in a single transaction, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase.
