Order Processing
- Payment Confirmation: After your purchase, payment confirmation may take between 1 to 3 business days to complete, depending on the payment gateway and credit card processing times.
- Logistical Processing: You will receive your tracking code via email at the contact address provided during the purchase. The code will be sent within up to 8 business days after payment confirmation.
Important Delivery Instructions
Always check the products at the time of delivery. If the packaging is not in good condition or shows signs of damage, please refuse to accept the package and notify our Customer Service immediately.
Pickup Failures
The Store commits to making up to three consecutive pickup attempts within 48 hours after the last attempt. If the courier does not respond or the address is incorrect, the order will be returned to our center and will be resent. The cost of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
