Exchanges and Returns at Fyzar Joy

At Fyzar Joy, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you purchased a product from our online store and it was not what you expected or arrived with a defect, we guarantee your right to exchange or return it under the following situations:

1. Defective Product

  • Timeframe: 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product.
  • Process: Contact our Customer Service Center for instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  • Options after receiving the package:
    • Exchange: For any other product available in our stock.
    • Refund: Full refund of the amount paid.

Note: The store will not process exchange or return requests if the product has not been communicated, is out of time, or is missing any items/accessories.

2. Product Malfunction

If you received a product that is not functioning correctly, please email us with your details (full name, order number, and reason for the exchange). Ensure that the item meets the conditions mentioned earlier to qualify for an exchange.

3. Exchange Costs

  • Depends on the case: We evaluate each situation individually to determine if there will be an exchange cost.
  • If the product is damaged, the store covers the cost. For dissatisfaction (such as color), the cost will be borne by the customer.

4. Delivery Time for a New Product

Once we receive your exchange request, we will initiate the delivery process, which takes 20 to 45 days. You will also receive a new tracking code.

5. Out-of-Time Exchange

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges after the 30-day period from receipt. We recommend checking the product at the time of purchase.

6. Exchange for Another Product

You can exchange your purchase for another product if it meets the requirements. Send us an email with the link to the new product, color, and size.

  • Shipping Costs: The shipping costs to our center will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defects.

7. Change of Address

If you have changed your address, please inform us when requesting the exchange so we can update your details.

8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please refuse to accept the product when it arrives at your home. We will refund you once the product returns to our warehouse.
